Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we're sorry but we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable items, including food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received it. We'll also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, contact your bank. Processing times can vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll refund the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
